Dear Mr. Juandi

I am sorry that you were not take delivery of your order of two dozen poultry shears at the deadline in our agreement. Your orders have been sending to your office in that time, but in the way, there are problems of delay.

The postponement of the products is because the problem with our local truckers, which is take your products. In the other hand, I do not know the problem until read your email. I was out in the office for the week. Because of that, please accept apologize for failing to notify the problem immediately as well as I knowing the problems.

I promise to solve the problem in this week as soon as possible. I am thankful for your tolerance and thoughtful. I hope our affiliation will be for a long time.
